What’s the biggest booking you have ever made?
It was for a board member of Yemen’s Ministry of Oil and Minerals on a mission
to Brazil for 15 government officials all travelling First Class.

What is your ambition?
To run my own travel business.

Where’s your favourite place to travel to and why?
The Maldives and Spain are both on my bucket list

Have you ever gone ‘above and beyond’ for a client?
Based on my knowledge we should always go the extra mile to retain our existing clients and gain new passengers.

What do you think are the biggest challenges facing the travel trade today?
Usually OTAs and web fares because they are taking business away from travel agents by producing lower fares. Travel agents must emerge as more competitive and give customers a better service.

What do you love most about your job?
I love connecting with others. It's really the same thing that inspires me everyday.

What's the worst thing about being a travel agent?
Handling the strangest complaints and the angriest clients.

How do you feel about being nominated ATN’s travel agent of the month?
I am extremely happy.

What advice do you have for anyone who wants to be a travel agent today?
In my personal view, for anyone who is financially sound and who loves the travel business it’s a lucrative franchise to get into.
